2. Please install the equipment on a flat floor indoors. If you install it outdoors, you must build a rain-proof shed.
3. Pay to keep necessary space between the equipment and the wall for easy inspection, maintenance, and transportation.
4. The applicable ambient temperature of the equipment is -5ºC - 50ºC, lower than -5ºC, and the equipment needs to be heated. When the temperature is too low, the main processor cannot start normally.
5. Power supply: 220V three-head socket (no socket smaller than 2.5mm² wire diameter should be used).
6. Connect the exhaust pipe and drain valve to the exhaust port and water outlet on the left side of the equipment and lock them tightly.Preparation for the first use1. After placing the equipment in a suitable place with ventilation and power supply, take out the accessories inside.
2. Please insert the power plug into the socket, turn on the power to test the machine, press the start button and the device will start to run:
Check if there is an alarm on the display page(If any part is not running, the system will automatically alarm)
Check if there is wind from the exhaust vent.
Stop the machine after 5 minutes of testing.
3. Put in the original microorganisms:
Open the top feeding bin door: press and hold the door handle to unlock the door automatically upwards
Pour the original bacteria (approximately 20g) evenly into the bottom material of the sawdust in the mixing barrel
Pour about 10KG of water, close the warehouse door.
4. Startup and run for 6 hours to activate the microbial bacteria. The microbial bacteria need to be preheated for 6 hours before being activated and reach the best working condition when they are used for the first time, so they can be put into kitchen waste after 6 hours.Use method according to input-Please observe the rated input amount of 5000KG per day. Excessive input may cause product abnormalities, reduce decomposition effects, and produce foul odors;
-When there is a muddy or sticky shape in the mixing tank, it is an excessive input; at this time, the input of kitchen waste should be stopped for 2 to 3 days, and the inside of the mixing tank is dried before use.
-When disposing of kitchen waste with high water content, remove the water as much as possible before putting it in.When the product is not in use
1. Do not use the management method for a short period of time. When not in use for a short period of time (traveling, business trip), there is no need to unplug the power supply. When the moisture content of the material in the barrel is too low, the product will automatically enter the energy-saving mode.
2. Do not use management methods for a long time

2. Deodorant button:
When the equipment is running, press this button to start the deodorization work, and it will automatically stop after 30 minutes; when the system is running, the deodorization will automatically work for 15 minutes every 4 hours, and so on.
3. Discharge button:
When there is too much product in the equipment mixing chamber, press this button to discharge it from the discharge port.
4. Fault reset button:
When the system fails, press this button to cancel the buzzer sound.
5. Fault and temperature record key:
Press this key to browse through historical fault records and temperature information.
6. Set key:

ØThe stirring shaft starts to run, the microorganisms start to decompose, and the heating system starts to work.
ØAfter continuous operation for 24 hours, most of the garbage is eliminated, and water vapor is discharged through the deodorizing purification device.
ØUse of deodorizing key: After the equipment has been used for a period, the deodorizing function will decrease, and some peculiar smell will be discharged. You can press the deodorizing key to heat up and restore the deodorizing function of the filler in the system.
ØAfter 15 days of use, when there is a lot of output in the mixing tank, you can press the discharge button, the mixing shaft is reversed to discharge most of the product through the discharge port, and the remaining product contains microorganisms that can be used continuously.
ØWhen the material in the mixing chamber is dry, the equipment enters the energy-saving mode, so there is no need to turn off the power supply at ordinary times.
ØThe effect of regular and quantitative input of kitchen waste every day will be better, and the daily rated input is 50KG.
Cleaning & Maintenance

5.1 Commodity cleaning

2. Are the microorganisms safe?

3. Does the machine grind or chop the food waste?
No, the machine does not grind or chop the food waste, but gradually digests the food waste into small pieces.
4. What can I put into the machine?
The machine is designed to process a wide range of food waste types like fruit, vegetables, cooked and uncooked meat, and poultry, fish, dairy, bakery items, etc.
5. What CAN'T I put into the machine?
The machine cannot process anything that is not food waste and cannot be easily broken down such as large bones, mussels, and clamshells, pineapple tops, packaging, general waste, or cutlery. Placing the wrong items in the machine could cause damage and could void the warranty.
6. Can I put hot soups or frozen foods in the machine?
No. Please make them to room temperature before adding. If very hot or very cold food waste is added, it could kill the microorganisms that break down the food waste.
7. How long can the hatch door be open?
As short as you can. It is best to have your sorted food waste (out of all plastic and packaging) ready to be fed into the machine before opening the door. A long time opening will cause the core temperature of the machine to come down. The microorganisms thrive in a consistently warm environment. Overexposure to cold temperatures might kill the microorganisms.
8. How often and how much can I feed my machine?
Two to four times a day with a normal quantity each time. The key to Sunefun machines' success is balanced feeding. Like our stomachs, If we feed too much at once, it takes longer to digest. A balanced diet is the best way to allow the Sunefun machine to be most effective.
9. Why is there wood dust in the machine?
Wood dust is the place where microorganisms live. The wood media will be taken out some when the machine is nearly full, but don't worry; food waste fibers will fulfill the void place.
10. How much water is consumed and discharged per day?
No water is consumed and nearly no water is discharged. The only discharging water is the water from steams, which is negligible.
11. What is the warranty on the machine?
Each machine comes with a one-year limited warranty.
12. What can I do to keep the machine running at 100%?
Keeping the machine fed and clean is the most important. Daily inspections and removal of any in-organic materials that may have accidentally been added to the machine are suggested.
13. When should I get composted waste out?
Get some out when it is nearly full. However, please keep half at least inside when you take the composted waste out.
14. How long should I add the microorganisms?
Every 6 months generally. If the digesting efficiency is still good, it can be longer, even more than a year.
